Certification of Documents

Within our services we provide the certification of documents for our members, however non-member companies that may intent to start foreign trade business with Iran, may certify their documents, on a different costs basis

Procedure

All documents to be certified must be forwarded through a written request, as well as an extra copy of each document for our archives.

Important 1

Certificated documents will be available within 24 hours from the date of its protocol receipt.

Important 2

We do not certify photocopies of any kind.

Important 3

Export documents should be sent along with a copy of the due commercial invoice attached.

For Consular legalization of documents, mind the following:

The chancellery of documents before the MRE - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, may only take place through authenticated original documents of the issuer, except in cases that the documents are issued by the Notary Public Office itself.

Photocopies may only be legalized by the MRE if reproduced by Notary Public Office bearing notarized signature of the original issuer, along with the respective original document.
